The process, on 15 February 2022, was sent to the Portuguese Professional Football League Coaches Committee, with advertisements excluded until the end of the instructions.
According to A BOLA, this is the same process that was already mentioned in an annotation from the CD, when the first penalties of the classic were released, “for an incorrect gesture during the game, widely disseminated in the media and not in official reports” .
