Attacks on Kyiv TV Tower, Several Killed – NRK Urix – Foreign Documentary News

Civil land evacuation

The Russian Defense Ministry warned on Tuesday afternoon that it would soon attack Ukrainian intelligence buildings in central Kyiv and was asking civilians to evacuate.

New negotiations

Russian state news agency TASS reported that new negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will take place on Wednesday.

Thus, the negotiations that began in the Homegel region in the southeast of Belarus continue on Monday, according to a Russian source, TASS writes.

On Monday, the meeting lasted for seven hours and Ukraine demanded an immediate cease-fire and the withdrawal of Russian forces without reaching anything.
