The notorious Russian paramilitary group Vagnerian – also known as “Putin’s Special Army” – has deployed forces in eastern Ukraine. He writes to the British Ministry of Defense in its daily intelligence update on Monday evening.

– They are expected to deploy more than 1,000 mercenaries, including high-ranking leaders of the organizations, to carry out combat operations, the ministry wrote.

They further wrote that, due to significant losses and stagnation in several stages of the invasion, “Russia may have had to re-prioritize the Wagner personnel of Ukraine, at the expense of operations in Africa and Syria.”

Today it is believed that the Wagner Group is led by Dmitry Utkin. Utkin is said to have named the group after Richard Wagner, Hitler’s favorite composer. It is also known that the leader of the group tattooed himself with Nazi symbols.
