This expected increase for the last week of April follows the trend this week and contrasts with the beginning of the month, where the two weeks witnessed a decline in prices.
A government approved proposal to reduce prices
Parliament on Friday approved the government’s proposal providing for measures to contain the increase in energy and agricultural food prices, which include suspending minimum tax rates on petroleum products (ISP).
The suggestion was PS, PSD, IL, BE and Livre’s sole deputy vote, with Chega, PCP and PAN abstaining.
