Kate Moss is the latest witness in a defamation case involving actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The model appears in video form, since she lives in England, and begins by introducing herself and explaining how she met Depp, whom she dated from 1994 to 1998. When asked if she vacations with the actor at a resort in Jamaica, Kate says so “yes”. Next, he goes on to narrate the episode of alleged violence – which Heard referred to earlier, in his testimony, which includes falling down some stairs.

“It was a rainy day. I left the room before Johnny slipped, slid down the stairs and ended up falling, hurting my back,” he says. “I screamed because I didn’t even realize what had happened to me, and he ran to help me, took me to the room, and called for medical help.”

When asked if there was violence in this episode, and if Johnny Depp pushed it, the model denies it, and says the actor never attacked her. Finally, Kate Moss could not answer the last question: why did she decide to testify today, without ever accepting to testify in some kind of trial. Objection, this answer was not accepted, but the model made it clear that the actor was never violent with her, in the context of their relationship.
