US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken warns Russia that it will have consequences if Russia “acts forcefully” against Ukraine.

Blinken came up with the warning in an interview with NBC television on Sunday.

President Biden is crystal clear on this. If Russia acts irresponsibly or aggressively, it will cost, and it will have consequences, Blinken said.
