As of tomorrow, the price of diesel will increase within four cents, while the price of gasoline will decrease by one cent.
Since the beginning of the year, the price of diesel has increased by 18 cents a liter, while the price of gasoline has increased by 21 cents.
It must be remembered that the evolution of costs depends, however, on each filling station, the brand and the region in which it is located.
But the truth is, the data is not encouraging. The latest report from Brussels shows that, after taxes, the average price of 95 petrol in Portugal is the fifth most expensive in the entire European Union.
Diesel already occupies the tenth place among the countries of the community area. The same data shows that taxes are the biggest factor in fuel prices in Portugal.
