Xiaomi has already assumed that it will have an important role in the electric vehicle market in a few years. The smartphone sector will continue to be in the line of products developed by the manufacturer, as well as others, namely home automation, however it will be in the electric vehicle sector that it wants to stand out.

According to documents published by the Chinese Patent Authority, Xiaomi has come up with some clever ideas for cooling electric car batteries.  This has been one of the major issues with electric vehicles and thermal management is often an issue with performance, fast charging, battery health and even safety.
