Solyd Property Developers presented their new project, Miraflores Park, a 10-storey building with 34 apartments located in the center of Miraflores and next to the Monsanto Forest Park.
The 34 apartments have models between T1 and T4 with sizes ranging from 50 to 285 square meters (m2), with prices starting from 213,000 euros for the T1.
Designed by architect João Pedras, of Metro Urbe, the kitchens are “fully equipped with appliances from leading brands,” says Solyd. The top floor is a T4 apartment of 285 sq.m. and a terrace of 171 sq.m., overlooking Tagus and Monsanto.
