Doctor Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine is a Puyo Puyo style matching puzzle game with over a hundred levels. The idea is to combine the difficulty of the Meat Boy world with disparate gameplay and environment in the best style of the franchise. The launch will be later this year.

The plot of the game is great. Doctor Who Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine takes place right after the events of Super Meat Boy Forever, and the hero is Dr. Embryo, who wants to make clones of Meat Boy and needs to eliminate all “bad clones” from the genetic pool to get “pure, perfect, killable” Meat Boys.
