According to information sent to the Commission for the Securities Market (CMVM), it has been approved “the appointment of Pedro Colares Pereira de Vasconcelos as a member of the EDP Board of Directors until the end of the current term (triennium 2021-2023). As of April 12th.

At the meeting, the individual and consolidated accounts for 2022 were approved, as well as the proposal to apply the results, in the amount of 848,564,984.40 euros.

The now approved proposal includes the transfer of €42,428,249.22 to the statutory reserve, €6,200,000 as an endowment to the EDP and €799,936,735.18.

The amount of the dividend is set at €794,964,108.56, which equates to a total dividend of €0.19 per share.
