a Rapper Designer was the subject of a lawsuit Monday, April 24, for indecent exposure. According to the Associated Press, the artist masturbated while on a plane ride between Tokyo and Minneapolis.
The rapper, whose real name is Sidney Royel Selby III, faces up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.
The accusations come just days after Desener wrote on his Twitter page that he was “embarrassed” about what happened on the plane, saying he was calling for help and canceling his shows.
“Mental health is a serious issue, folks,” he said.
The complaint indicates that a flight attendant “caught” Selby allegedly exposing her genitalia. After covering himself after a warning, five minutes later two hosts saw him masturbating. After being scolded, he covered himself again.
Later, the rapper was informed that he would be arrested. However, soon after, he reappeared.
However, he was taken to the back of the plane where he was being watched by two people. During this period, the celebrity will have apologized many times.
At the end of the trip, he was questioned by the FBI, who assured him that he had not consumed any kind of substance.
