The computer hacker reacts to the news that the authorities have heard the lawyer of FC Porto

Publico reported on Saturday that the public prosecutor’s office has listened to FC Porto’s lawyer in an attempt to reach Rui Pinto, after emails about Benfica were revealed on Porto’s channel. The newspaper adds that the accounts of FC Porto were also analyzed during the investigation conducted by the authorities, trying, at that time (in 2018), to find the person responsible for illegally collecting email from the vultures. Now Nuno Brandao, who was responsible for the defense of Francisco J. Marquez and Diogo Faria in the emails case, is considering filing a criminal complaint.

In response to the “Público” news, Rui Pinto accused the Central Department of Investigation and Criminal Procedure of “serving Benfica”, among other things. “In my statements before the Honorable Group of Judges, I was categorical, the special team set up in 2018 at DCIAP to investigate corruption offenses in football only sought to serve the interests of elusive clubs, with a focus on Sport Lisbon and Benfica.” The hacker wrote on Twitter.
