Guardiola writes off Ruben Dias and says: “Maybe I can play…”

sGuardiola confirmed today, Monday, in a press conference, that he will be promoted to team management in next Wednesday’s match against Newcastle, at St. James Park, in the third round of the League Cup.

In this sense, the coach of the English Premier League champion assumed that he would leave, for example, Portuguese international Ruben Dias on the bench. On the contrary, he toyed with the possibility of going to the match himself.

“Some players who have a lot of minutes won’t play against Newcastle. The League Cup is great for all the players who don’t play regularly. They can add a few minutes, which is ideal,” he began by saying: “By the BBC talkSPORT.
