João Pedro Tavares, President of the Christian Association of Entrepreneurs and Managers (ACEGE) and José Theotonio, CEO of Pestana Hotels & Resorts, will take the stage at Culturgest on November 22, to conduct a panel discussion at the 25th Executive Summary Conference.
With a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a graduate degree in Financial Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, João Pedro Tavares was elected last year as President of ACEGE for the period 2022-2025.
He has over 30 years of consulting experience, was Vice President of Accenture Portugal Financial Services, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Santander Portugal and its Foundation.
José Theotonio graduated from the Portuguese Catholic University, in Business Administration and Management, where he taught for 13 years, until 2000. He started his career at Nutrinveste, worked at Lanidor, and was Deputy Secretary of State for Finance and Chief of Staff. Minister of State for Tourism, and in 2015 he was appointed CEO of Pestana Hotel Group.
