The ban, which takes effect from June 1, also includes the use of loudspeakers in such indicative contexts.

In addition, tour groups will be prohibited from stopping in narrow streets and on small bridges.

This decision is the latest in a long series of measures taken by the city to try to reduce violent tourist flows in the city.

In the spring, city authorities will test a scheme where visitors on day trips must pay €5 to enter the city. The restrictions will apply from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. local time, and initially relate to a 29-day testing period.
