“AndI am home again and full of dreams to fulfill, and I don't even have money to be able to support daily life.” With these words Ricardo Pérez moved more than 254 people who decided to donate money to help him during this difficult period.
The actor, known for being part of the Commedia à la Carte group, along with César Mourão and Carlos M. Cunha, has been diagnosed with lung and bone cancer and now needs 10,000 euros to cover daily costs, medications and home support.
On the GoFundMe platform, friend Tania Lopez has started collecting donations, which, at the time of publishing this article, has already raised 5,473 euros, more than half of the set goal.
The highest amount donated by one person was 300 euros, and some also donated 200 and 100 euros. There are also many people who donate 5, 10 and 20 euros.
