“Paris Saint-Germain head into next week with great confidence in Joao Neves. Paris Saint-Germain feel that Joao Neves will join them and are very optimistic. […] “Negotiations between the clubs are ongoing and it seems like it's just a matter of time for PSG to complete the deal,” Romano said in a new video addressing market rumours.
It is important to remember that only on Saturday, Rui Costa confirmed the existence of an offer for Joao Neves, after stressing that he “never said that Joao Neves would only leave because of the termination clause in his contract”.
