Seven-year-old Chase Poust was greeted by both rescue crews and others after he swam over an hour to get help for his father and sister.

The family was on a boat trip on the St. John’s River in Jacksonville, Florida, when the accident occurred. Children swim in the river while their father, Stephen Post, hunts for the TV channel WKXT.

Young Sister Abigail was wearing a life jacket and clinging to the stabbing while showering, when the current suddenly got strong and slid on the roof. The hunt swam to get Abigail, but failed. Father Stephen also jumped into the water to catch the children who were drifting in the river.
