In an interview with BTVRight-back Valentino Lazaro revealed that he was already at Estádio da Luz, nine years ago, with the Austrian youth team and prepared the fans with an 110% commitment!

“The first time I was in Portugal was nine years ago, when I played for the youth team [Áustria] And I came to Estádio da Luz. I was in the museum [Cosme Damião]I saw Eagle Flight for the first time and since then I’ve been watching the club. After nine years, I am very happy at the club. The first contact was made a few years ago, but now interest in Benfica is more consistent. It was the right time and I saw that the interest continued to be very strong, that people really wanted to count on me, it’s like family and the feeling has always been strong, so I had no doubts that I wanted to come to Benfica,” the Austrian international confirmed.

For Lazaro, who will wear the 22nd shirt, what matters is that I play matches and win titles: “I can give and promise that I will always give one hundred and ten percent, that’s what I want to give to the club, show my qualities and help the team win titles.
