Mauricio Pochettino, in an interview with the French newspaper L’Equipe, explained in detail his daily life as a coach for Paris Saint-Germain.

The Argentine coach spoke about managing the most valuable team in the world and how it means living with the best players in the world, as well as pointed out the difficulties of dealing with stars such as Messi, Neymar and Mbappe: «We must not forget about our best players in the world, but also their families, media circles and their fans. It’s not easy.”

“If after 10 minutes you don’t win 3-0, what a disappointment! It’s wrong,” the Argentine coach said, referring to the high expectations that surround the club.

The coach also added that when he joined Paris Saint-Germain it was to adapt to the Parisian club and not the other way around: “We are here to develop PSG’s ideas, not to develop ours.”

Pochettino also mentioned the intricacies of managing a team that is unique in history, such as has never been seen before: “In general, when you look at talent, at the names of this club, there has never been anything like this in history or perhaps existed on an occasion what.
