The governing bodies of Sociedad Anonyma Desportiva (SAD) Benfica resigned on Monday. It should be remembered that the new composition will be submitted for approval by the partners on January 6, at the General Assembly and they will occupy the position for the 2021-2025 triennium.

Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD (“Benfica SAD”) informs that under the terms and purposes of Section 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Act and Clause A of Section 3 of CMVM Regulation No. 5/2008, the following members have resigned From the corporate bodies of Benfica SAD of their positions:
Board of Directors of the General Meeting: Nuno Miguel Miranda de Magalhães (Chairman), Pedro Miguel Santiago Neves Faria (Vice-Chair) and Jorge Asensao de Mendonca Arres (Secretary).
Board of Directors: Rui Manuel Cesar Costa (Chairman), Domingos Cuna Mota Soares de Oliveira (Member), Jose Eduardo Soares Munez (Member), Miguel Angelo Bernardes da Costa Moreira (Member) and Silvio Rui Neves, Correia Gonçalves Cervan (Member).
Supervisory Board: João Albino Cordero Augusto (Chairman), Gualter das Neves Godinho (Member), Rui Manuel, Frazao Henrique da Cunha (Member) and José Manuel da Silva Appleton (Alternate).
