A BOLA – Roy Cordero accuses shareholders of treason against Santa Clara (Santa Clara)

Santa Clara president Roy Cordero has accused a group of former SAD shareholders of treason, who sold their SAD stake in the club to businessman Ismail Ozon.

According to Roy Cordero, Ismail Ozon joined SAD on May 3, after a group of four shareholders, who criticized the current management of the club, sold their shares amounting to 7.2% of the capital.

“The shareholders who were hired by Miguel Medeiros Simaz betrayed Santa Clara by selling their shares to Mr. Ismael Ozun. Santa Clara tried to acquire these shares, managing to get 48.2% at the moment and be the largest shareholder, but they were sold for money, and not for the love of this club. And the club president indicated that she will forever be included in one of the darkest pages of the Santa Clara world.”

Rui Cordero also confronted the new shareholder’s alleged intent to dismiss him, but emphasized: “The last thing we want, and I think investors too, is a civil war between the club and SAD. This is totally unnecessary.”

“While I am here, I will try to maintain a balance relationship between Santa Clara and SAD. And that’s what we’re going to do, regardless of whether, at this point, we feel betrayed by our former junior shareholders,” he concluded.
