Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reached a new level in their popularity. A large part of the Britons stopped liking the couple, who turned away from royalty.
the second statistical analysisExecuted by the British company YouGov, which interviewed 1,667 adults in the UK, Meghan and Harry have lost the favor of the British since April and are still losing fans.
About 65% of respondents said they did not like the actress, while 26% continue to support the Duchess of Sussex.
Harry, on the other hand, has not had his luck either, with 59% no longer agreeing with the prince’s attitudes toward the 34% who continue to support Princess Diana’s youngest son.
YouGov said the couple’s decline in popularity was due to their interview with Oprah Winfrey, as well as reactions about the COVID-19 pandemic and the situation in Afghanistan.
While Harry and Meghan are resentful across the UK, Prince Andrew has the highest disapproval rate of any royal, with 83% of respondents hating it and 6% accepting it.
On the other hand, Queen Elizabeth II is the most beloved royal figure of the British, with 80% of people following her.
