Abragames announces attendance at BIG Festival 2022

Abragames (Brazilian Association of Electronic Game Developers) announced its participation in BIG Festival 2022, the largest festival of games, creativity, networking and business in Latin America.

During the event, which takes place between July 6-10, at the São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo, the association will reveal the results of the first national survey of the game industry, which provides a map of Brazil as a hub for development and talent from the video game industry. In addition, the association will unveil a new visual identity, including the logo that will be used from the occasion, and will bring an action-packed agenda, with three workshops, three round tables and an awards ceremony for the best games of the festival. .

At the rings and round tables, Abragams will be represented by Rodrigo Terra, President of the Association and CTE of Arvor. Carolina Caravana, Association Vice President and Producer at AIYRA, and Ileana Rossi, Association Director and Project Manager for the Brazilian Games. The three will take part in the commitments along with other important players in the gaming scene and will discuss various topics, such as the work the association is doing, the Brazilian development industry moment, the investments that major international companies in the sector are making in Brazilian studios, and the role of games in early childhood education and the work done by Brazil Games, an export sector project implemented by the Federation in partnership with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).
