Adecco Portugal announces two strategic appointments that will strengthen the leadership team. Roy Henriques will serve as Director of Permanent Recruitment, while Vanessa Cruz will serve as Director of Training.

Rui Henriques, who graduated from Losvona University of Human Sciences and Technology, combines his academic training with experience in the field of human resources. Throughout his career, he has served as the Southern Region Executive Director at Experis, having also worked at ManPowerGroup as a Branch Manager.

During this period he had the opportunity to lead teams and projects in specialized recruitment, focusing on different sectors, such as engineering, manufacturing, services, banking, insurance, IT, trade and marketing.

Vanessa Cruz holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology from the Institut Supérieure des Languages ​​et Administration – ISLA and has several certifications, including Points of You Methodology, Disc Behavior Analysis, International Certificate in Coaching and PDA Analyst Certification.

Before joining Adecco Portugal, he played roles in organizations in the training sector, such as Galileu and Rumos Group as a Project Manager and Head of Learning and Development.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of training and talent development. As Training Manager, his main goals are the continuous development of the team and the delivery of effective solutions that meet clients’ needs. His extensive training and consulting experience will contribute greatly to the continued success of Adecco Training.
