Apple wants to release more accessibility features on the iPhone

Published on

a Apple is expected to use one of its annual events, WWDC, to unveil new versions of operating systems for its products – including iOS 18 and macOS 15.

According to MacRumors, these new versions should contain new options to allow users to activate accessibility features more quickly, such as VoiceOver, voice control, and live speech. There are also rumors that Apple may add eye-tracking capabilities, something that could be useful for solving motor issues.

Apple has yet to confirm a date for the 2024 edition of WWDC, but given that the developer event typically takes place in June, this year will likely be no different.
