Ball – Calculations (negative) approved by a vote of confidence (Benfica)

Benfica’s accounts department informed the Securities Market Commission of the approval of the report and accounts for the year 2021/2022, where the negative result for the Eagles was 35 million euros.

In the memo sent to CMVM, SAD Incarnate also discloses approval of a vote of confidence for the Board of Directors and also for the Supervisory Board, during the period between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022.

This is the statement:

«- Approval of the Annual Report 2021/22, covering the period from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, in which a negative net result of €35,016.851 was established;

– approval of the proposal to apply the results, while calculating the result in the period for which it is transferred to the accumulated results;

To approve a vote of confidence in the Board of Directors and the Oversight Board, as well as in the relevant members as well as in the statutory auditor, for the exercise of their positions, during the period between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021 2022;

– Approval of the remuneration policy for the administrative and supervisory bodies and members of the Board of Directors.

Electing members of the Remuneration Committee for the remainder of the four-year period 2021/2025.
