Brazilian software company opens office in Portugal and will hire (later this year) a human resources officer

Brazilian company Spring Smart Solutions, a software company to improve communications, announces its entry into Portugal and intends to hire 10 employees by the end of the year.

With an ambition to open an office in Lisbon and employ 10 employees by the end of the year, Spring intends to reduce the operating costs allocated to telecommunications for Portuguese companies. Its software based on artificial intelligence and machine learning is able to monitor the use of mobile devices such as, for example, a cell phone’s battery or the websites an employee visits.

“Portugal’s rich history, culture and strategic location represent the ideal scenario for Spring’s internationalization,” says Rafael Mendes, CEO of Spring Smart Solutions in Portugal.

“It gives me great pleasure to begin this exciting journey, as we intend to help national companies achieve the results we have seen in Brazil, where, on average, within one year, we were able to achieve a 30% reduction in costs allocated to communications. “We are building the future of Spring and investing in national talent by appointing a new team in Lisbon.”

In addition to software, MG8 is also present in the contact center market, and is integrated into the Spring Group. With 22 years of experience, Spring has 55 employees and 140 clients in São Paulo, managing more than 100,000 suppliers, from mobile phones to energy and water bills, in the financial sector, food retail, health and logistics, for example.

The organization is also responsible for negotiating and managing relationships with telecommunications suppliers, including contracts and the number of equipment required. In this way, the software allows you to optimize the investments made in terms of company resources, increase team productivity, implement technologies appropriate and personalized for the market in question and choose suppliers.

Given the growing concern about cybersecurity, in addition to managing mobile phone usage, Spring has a network of partners that provide a high level of protection and security for confidential information stored on devices. Through Mobile Device Management (MDM) consulting, Spring suggests the most suitable supplier, depending on the sector and the needs of its customers.

Hence, the organization enters the Portuguese market with a structured offer in three business areas: facilities management (e.g. water and energy), information security (with MDM), and ICT management (e.g. mobile network, terrestrial network, data link and IT resources). .
