Both can be used to relieve pain or fever, but it is not indifferent to choose one or the other. The active compound of what we often call ibuprofen is called ibuprofen and can be sold under several different names.

Ibuprofen is part of a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and is used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation.

In addition, they also have an antipyretic effect, which means they reduce fever. Because of its anti-inflammatory action, it is usually recommended in cases where there is inflammation associated with pain, such as toothache, muscle pain, tonsillitis, or menstrual pain.

But be careful because it is a drug that has some harmful effects and some contraindications.

The active ingredient of the famous Pinuron is paracetamol, which is an analgesic, analgesic and antipyretic drug. In this case the anti-inflammatory effect is “residual”. As with ibuprofen, there are several different doses and in different formulations such as syrup, tablets or granules.
