Carlos Marin’s mother from Il Divo says her son “would have lived if he had been in Spain”

Carlos MarinThe singer of the popular band Il Divo passed away on December 19 at the age of 53. The artist has been hospitalized since last December 8 in intensive care at the Royal Hospital in Manchester, United Kingdom, with Covid-19, in the Delta variant. But the actress’s lawyer Alberto Martin, gave an interview to daily Mail, published on Sunday, December 26, reveals how the family is coping with the loss.

“I spoke to his mother on the day of his death and she said she was convinced that her son would have lived if he had been in Spain.”He said, though he thought they were words uttered in a moment of despair.

In addition, Alberto Martin added that it is possible that the artist’s family will file a lawsuit to find out what really happened: “We will have to look into this when we see all the medical documents as we feel it will be possible to control his condition and improve his condition in order to save his life,” he added.

Remember that The band Il Divo had shows scheduled for two days in Portugal, which were eventually postponed to July 23 and 24, in Lisbon and Gondomar, respectively.
