cAtrina Gouveia decided to share some unique before and after photos on her Instagram page.

In a post this Tuesday, the actress detailed everything she experienced on this special day.

“At 5 a.m. on the 25th, I woke up with my first contractions. I immediately realized that it was very different from the others, but the impatience of the past few days had told me to close my eyes and go back to sleep. Minutes later, there was a patch of intense pain and it lasted, back and forth, for more than 12 hours,” he began to report.

“That morning I asked Pedro not to leave the house. Our child has decided to be born. I never told anyone I was in labour, and I didn’t need any kind of pressure. It was just the two of us, just like I imagined. I just wanted to be calm and collected, in peace and quietso that all the hormonal dances of oxytocin can be flowing,” he added, noting later thatLive the day as you wanted“.

“Between contractions and deep, controlled breaths, with plenty of security and confidence in the wisdom of my body and conscience, I lived the day as I wanted. And it was a beautiful day,” he said.

“In the final phase of my pregnancy, there was a conviction that guided me to the choices of the day: I wanted to get to the hospital at an advanced stage. I wanted the access well dilated. I knew this would reduce the possibility of interfering with my birth‘, he shared.

“I found my rhythm. I prepared our breakfast, walked and went to the beach. It was at sea where I was more in touch with myself and my pain. Between the sand and the water I stayed there for hours.”

“The intensity of the pain began to change. There was no longer any way to silence this feeling or get around it. If we are confident, our intuition guides us. It’s time to head to the hospital. I had an hour of traveling, with increasingly shorter and more intense contractions. When they arrived, I couldn’t speak, only breathing. Every time I opened my eyes, a harsh sunset would accompany me to remind me that I was in the right place at the right time. Stubborn, I still wanted to stop at a service station to take another short walk‘, he later recalls.
