ingredients:
2¾ cups of oat flakes
¾ cup pecans, chopped in half
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup pepitas
6 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of sea salt
¾ cup of dried cherries
¾ cup of dark chocolate chips

How to prepare:
1- Preheat the oven to 140°C. Then, in a large bowl, mix the oats, pecans, cashews, and coconut. Later, in a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the maple syrup, olive oil, brown sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to boil. Pour over the oat mixture and stir. We distribute it on a tray lined with parchment paper.
two- Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until granola is golden and crunchy, about 45 minutes. Leave to cool completely. Add cherries and chocolate. You can store it in an airtight container for two weeks.
