Porsche adds the 911 Carrera T lightweight sports car to the 911 family. The letter “T” stands for “Touring” and describes models that offer a pure driving experience with exceptional sports equipment. Standardly, the 911 T features a seven-speed manual gearbox. It is also available with an eight-speed PDK transmission. The rear seats have been removed. With a 10mm lower PASM sports suspension and lowered insulation, the new 911 Carrera T is the epitome of purity and driving pleasure. This is available as an option on the 911 Carrera S. On request, the Carrera T can be ordered with the optional steered rear axle, which is typically reserved for Carrera S and higher models.

The 911 Carrera T has adaptive sport plus seats (18-way, electric) as an option, as well as sport and lighter bucket seats with Race-Tex hubs.
