With a contrast ratio of 2,000:1, surpassing traditional IPS panels, the device delivers more vibrant images, although in this respect it loses to Apple’s option, which has a ratio of 1,000,000:1.

It features a 10-bit palette, allowing for a wide range of colors and support for many standards, incl P3 display (Developed by Apple). Furthermore, the U3224KB is also DisplayHDR 600 certified, although its brightness level is lower than that of the Pro Display XDR.

In contrast, Dell’s new monitor offers versatility with its productivity-oriented features. The company has included a built-in 4K webcam with HDR CMOS sensor – outperforming traditional 1080p webcams on the market.

It has tilt adjustment (0 to 20 degrees) and supports 4K video recording at 30fps. Users can even choose from three field-of-view settings: 60°, 78°, or 90°.

In terms of connectivity, this Dell monitor has mini DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, and Thunderbolt 4 ports, which deliver fast transfer speeds of up to 40Gbps and up to 140W of power to your computer. On the front are USB-A and USB-C ports, and on the back is a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port.

Competitively priced and packed with features, the company positions the new UltraSharp as an attractive option for both Windows and macOS users.

At R$20,220, the monitor is undoubtedly an interesting alternative to the Pro Display XDR. The Dell UltraSharp 32″ 6K is now available for purchase On the official Dell website. In the US, it costs $3,200 – $1,800 less than the Pro Display XDR.
