Both content can be found in the new store within Horizon Chase. Summer Vibes is an expansion pack that can be purchased for 10.90 BRL / $ 1.99 / EUR (or 4.89 BRL / 0.99 US $ / EUR only in this launch week) and a ‘Fixed Car’ can be obtained for free if the player already owns a World Tour Pass. (The in-app purchase that unlocks the main campaign for the game).
