EDP Renováveis sells two wind power projects in Brazil to the Norwegian state-owned company for €300m

EDP Renováveis has reached an agreement with Statkraft, a Norwegian state-owned company in the energy sector, to sell a portfolio of 260 megawatts in Brazil, the company led by Miguel Stilwell reported in advertisement to CMVM.
The portfolio consists of two wind projects in operation. The EDPR notes that the two projects “were commissioned in the past 12 months” and that the estimated “project value” is 1.57 billion riyals, equivalent to about 300 million euros.
