In 2021/2022, Roc Bogadas participated in 34 matches and scored 25 goals distributed over the Spanish League, the Super Cup and the King’s Cup.

Spain’s Roc Bogadas (formerly Noya), the Under-19 World and European Champion, is the newest addition to the roller hockey team of national champion FC Porto.

“It’s a dream for any player to wear the FC Porto shirt. It’s a unique feeling, I really want to start and represent this club,” says the 20-year-old striker.

Born in Manlio (Catalonia), Roc Bogadas trained at the local club, making his debut in 2019 in the Spanish second division, then later moving to neighboring Noya.

In 2021/22, the Catalan participated in 34 matches and scored 25 goals, spread over the Spanish League, the Super Cup and the King’s Cup.

“It will be difficult at first because I have never left the house and it will be a change in everything because, in addition to changing teams, I will be living alone for the first time, but I think, with everyone’s help, everything will be fine.”, she advances.

The player defines himself as “a striker who likes to bet one against one” and tries to score goals and believes that the “giant” Porto, a club he hopes to stay “for many years”, “benches very well”.

“Individually, I want to develop and learn from my colleagues who can teach me a lot, and collectively, FC Porto have to win everything because that is how the club works,” the Catalan adds.

Roc Pujadas, who has expressed himself as “keen to get started” also considers it a privilege to share the dressing room with players he “used to watch on TV and in videos”, so playing with them would be “very special” as they are.
