The province of Jundiaí provides seven points for the application of vaccines on Saturday (20). From 8 a.m. to 12 noon, doses against influenza (influenza) and the Covid-19 virus will be provided in Basic Health Units (UBSs): Pitangueiras (Rua Itália, 91), Central (Rua Antonio Segre, 71 – corner of Avenida Henrique Andrés 680 ); Traviú (Rua Paulino Lourençon, 8), Agapeama (Rua Luis Capri, 2380) and Morada das Vinhas (Rua Uva Niágara, s / nº).

From 8 am to 4 pm, these two immunizations will be applied at UBS Rio Branco, located at Rua Manuel Bandeira, 190.

UBS Anhangabaú (Rua Hans Staden, 40) will be open from 8 am to 12 pm, exclusively for the administration of influenza vaccination.

The Unit of the Department of Health Promotion (UGPS) also continues the campaign in Espaço Jundiaí Empreendedora, in Maxi Shopping, to apply coronavirus and influenza vaccines, in addition to the routine vaccinations that are part of the national immunization calendar. The service will be from 11 am to 17 pm.

In the municipality, since last Wednesday (17), the influenza vaccine has been launched for all residents from the age of six months.

Against Covid-19, monovalent vaccines are still applied to people 12 years of age and over; Pfizer Baby for children ages 6 months to 4 years (D1, D2, and D3); Pfizer Pediatrics for children ages 5 to 11 (D1, D2, and Booster); and Pfizer bivalent for the public 18 years of age who have received at least two doses of monovalent, with the last dose at least four months ago.

This year, the Ministry of Health confirmed once again that the influenza vaccine can be applied with any routine vaccine and also in doses against the Coronavirus.
