The application of the influenza vaccine in Taboão da Serra will be extended to all priority groups identified by the Ministry of Health as of Monday, 17, in the 13 basic health units of the municipality, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and voluntary stops from 8 am to 4 pm.

The vaccine used this year is a trivalent vaccine and protects against influenza A of subtypes H1N1 and H3N2, and influenza B (lineage B/Victoria). The goal is to vaccinate at least 90% of the population among the priority groups, which are estimated to be 109,100 people.

Chronic respiratory diseases: asthma with the use of inhaled or systemic corticosteroids (moderate or severe).

To receive the vaccination, it is necessary to present a SUS card, an official photo ID, CPF and vaccination card.
