The Samsung Galaxy A52 is the latest model from the South Korean manufacturer to receive the update to One UI 6 with Android 14. The update has begun rolling out to device owners in the European market, and other countries are scheduled to receive the new interface in the next days.

The update has a 2.2GB file and brings the November and December security patches that patch more than 60 vulnerabilities in the system.

The Galaxy A52 was launched in April 2021 in Brazil, still running Android 11. Samsung promised four system updates for high-end and mid-range models, but this third update could be the last for the A52.

About One User Interface 6

One UI 6 is the new update for Samsung-branded devices that comes with the Android 14 operating system and also a series of improvements developed by the manufacturer itself to improve the user experience.

Gradual distribution

One UI distribution in overseas markets began in October with the Galaxy S23 phones, followed by the S22 and S21 lines, the foldable Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 4 models, and the A13 5G, A14 5G, A24, A33 5G, and A53 5G models. Which received the update in November.

In December this year, those who received the systems update were the Galaxy S21 FE, A33, M33, M54 and A52s mobile phones, and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ tablets.

In Brazil, One UI 6 arrives a little late compared to foreign countries, and the Galaxy S23 released the update last week. This week, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Tab S9 FE and FE+ foldable tablets started receiving the update as well.

The distribution of the interface with the new version of Android for the Brazilian public should follow the list of devices that have received the update abroad, but there is no specific timeline for this release.

To help the public, FreeGameGuide has prepared a list, based on Samsung’s update policy, which reveals which compatible models should receive the One Ui 6 here.
