For a few weeks now, GearBest, the Chinese tech store, has not shown any signs of life. When they enter the site, clients receive an error from the server and can’t do anything.

The despair of customers increases every day and there are those who say that the store is simply a “failure”! So what’s new on the GearBest website?

Is the popular Chinese store GearBest, AliExpress competitor, dead?  It seems so, and what happened is not clear.  The fact is that the site is "down" for several days and there is no explanation from the company.

Gearbest has been one of the most popular online trading platforms worldwide.  The platform is among the top 500 most visited websites worldwide.
It is true that the platform encountered some problems, such as Serious malfunction detected in March 2019, resulting in the public disclosure of millions of user profiles and purchase orders.  In December 2017, a similar issue occurred, in which several customer information of the online platform was exposed.
Besides the website, social networks have not been updated for quite some time as well.  It is worth noting that Global Top E-Commerce Limited, owner of Gearbest, is experiencing financial problems.
At the moment, all the conclusions are just speculation, but the truth is that the platform is completely broken and there is no customer information.
