ingredients:
100 grams of sugar
150 grams brown or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
110 grams of melted butter
1 egg
160 grams of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
220 grams dark chocolate or small pieces
How to prepare:
1- In a bowl, put sugar and salt.
two- Then add the butter and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3- Add the egg and mix.
4- Add flour and baking soda. Then, mix well.
5- Add dark chocolate chips/pieces and mix.
6- Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the better.
7- Make small balls with a dessert spoon or ice cream spoon, then place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
8- Place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
9- Remove from the oven and tap the tray four to five times on the counter.
