1- Nasal breathing

For some people, this breathing can be difficult to do, but there is an exercise that can help. Start sitting. Then relax your shoulders and close your mouth. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. Inhale through your nose, fill your lungs, and stand up. Then exhale gently.

2- Breathe in the salty air

Just a walk on the beach, for example, can help. According to the site, it helps reduce inflammation in the airways and increase blood flow to the lungs.

3- Take a fish supplement

It is rich in omega 3 and has many benefits. May help with overall lung health. In this case, it is best to talk to your doctor before you start taking it.
