The real estate developer starts in July the construction of a new residential condominium in Oporto, on a plot of land of 2677 square meters located between Hospital da CUF and CLIP – Oporto International School,
Responsible for the well-known real estate development Portas do Parque, located next to the recently completed Parque da Cidade do Porto, Imo4build is now starting new condominium construction in the city, this time next to Estrada da Circunvalação, between Hospital da CUF and o CLIP – Oporto School international.
“This development by architect Ruy Livramento is scheduled to begin construction in July 2023, with completion between 18 and 24 months,” reveals Pridibeza, the consultant responsible for its marketing.
The Vila Nova Parque project, located on a plot of 2,677 square meters, is a gated community of 13 T3 and T4 villas.
According to Predibisa, the sale prices for Vila Nova Parque range from €770,000 (143 sqm T3) to €1.5 million (229 sqm T4).
“The architectural project takes into account the rural essence in which it operates and seeks to establish a correct relationship with the surroundings, that is, in terms of respect for height, materials, volume and landscape setting,” asserts Rui Livramento, who was also responsible for the architectural design of Portas do Parque.
On the other hand, Livramento guarantees that “the landscaping project offers large areas of vegetation, which surround the four groups of houses”, ensuring, however, that “safety, environmental issue and energy efficiency are also of paramount importance, with sustainable solutions adopted to adapt air and energy production.
In a statement, without revealing the value of the investment in Vila Nova Parque, Ana Jordão, in charge of promoting the project in Predibisa, reinforced: “Vila Nova Parque is a condominium effectively designed for family living in security.”
