However, not everyone will benefit from a slice of cheese before bed. People who are lactose intolerant or suffer from gastroesophageal reflux should not do this. They will end up having an even worse night.

As alternatives, in this case, you can take turkey meat, chopped almonds, pistachios, bananas, or a hard-boiled egg, for example.
