An old theory says that Google on Android is always listening to users and collecting data about what they say. There are those who argue that this is true and those who deny that this happened, but the easiest thing in this case is to deactivate this option on Google, and this is a simple thing that you can do on your Google account.

Google needs user data to be able to continue to maintain the entire structure and advertising model it has had so far.  It is this information that allows you to understand what will be shown to users later when it comes to ads and much more.
One way to obtain this information is by collecting conversations whenever a user interacts with Google services or devices.  This is where the famous OK Google program comes in or many other ways through which we simply talk to our smartphone or any smart speaker.

Of course, this option must be active, which means that Google saves everything you use to interact with Google and its services.  They should therefore remove this option and follow the process provided to disable this information collection on Android and other platforms.
In the end, after deactivating this option in the account, they will definitely be sure that the conversations will not be heard and saved anymore.  At the same time, they ensure greater privacy and prevent what they say from being used to show ads that few want to see.
