In this week’s edition of the program on the multimedia platform JE TV, Francisco Seixas da Costa defended António Guterres’ statements regarding the conflict in the Middle East. “Israel considers its borders to be read in the light of its interests,” says Francisco Seixas da Costa – for whom the terrorism imposed by Hamas has no explanation. But, as noted by António Guterres, who defends his statements, the ambassador says Israel’s mistakes are widespread, long-standing and will continue, and they are always in conflict with UN resolutions (which should be sovereign but for Israel they are not). In a program where one of the planned topics had to be suppressed – in favor of current affairs in the Middle East – Seixas da Costa also addresses the controversial character of Javier Miley, a far-right extremist who wants to be the next president.
