Australian “Masterchef” judge and chef Jock Zonfrilo was buried secretly in Sydney on Saturday. This is what the New Zealand Herald wrote.
Zonfrillo (46) died suddenly two weeks ago. The family announced the death on social media:
“With broken hearts, and not knowing how we could go on with life without him, we are saddened to announce the death of Jock yesterday,” the post began.

Zonfrillo was appointed to Australian Network 10 and Endemol in 2019, then as one of three judges on the popular show ‘MasterChef’.

Many star chefs are in mourning after death. Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver both expressed their grief on social media. The final season of ‘MasterChef Australia’ has also been postponed following Zonfrillo’s death.
