“Leadership in Science: Processes and Dynamics of Co-creation in the Global and Digital Age” is the topic of the symposium to be held on Monday, December 4 at the Museo da Piedra in Cantanhede.

Aimed at researchers, teachers, educators, policy makers and other professionals, this session is organized by the Center for Global Studies of the Open University (CEG-UAb), the UAb Local Learning Center in Kantanhede and the Coimbra Regional Delegation of the Uab and is supported by the Municipality of Kantanhede and the Training Center of the Beira Schools Association Mar.
The symposium will be a special moment to bring together leaders of research groups at the Center for Global Studies, with researchers and educators, with the aim of reflecting and defining innovative strategies for scientific production in the current digital and global world.
Two conferences will be held, one on Transdisciplinarity in Research, which will be presented by Gillian Student, from Wageningen University, and the other on Artificial Intelligence, at which Arnaldo Santos, from Wageningen University, will speak.

In addition to the Dean of the Open University, Carla Padril de Oliveira, the symposium will be attended by the President of the Cantanhede City Council, Helena Teodosio, and the Director of the Center for Global Studies, José Eduardo Franco.
